College Trunk Scholarship

Congratulations! You've made it to the next phase of your life-COLLEGE and the beginning of independence.

We've been there. When it's your first time going away from home to college, it can be a little scary. We want you to know that there is a community of people who want to support you in your new journey. So, before you head off on your new journey...

The Shepherd's House has been sending students away to school with much-needed school supplies for over two decades. The Founder, Cathy Price, started providing school supplies when she was 16 years old. She gave all her cousins their school supplies for school. That passion never went away. In 2017, C.A.P solutions partnered with a local church to provide 25 trunk scholarships to First Time College Students (e.g. New Freshmen). We are proud to be housed under The Shepherd's House International Christian Church, Pastor R. Kevin Matthews,  to help identify college students who are deserving of such a wonderful scholarship. 

We don't do it alone. There are a congregation and community of individuals, families, small businesses, and large corporations who help make all this happen. But we know it is God's hand that turns the heart of the kings. So to Him, we give all the glory and honor. We're honored to be a vessel for which God can work to show His love to others.
